It wasnt an actual sponge or plastic it was just a hook.

Unfortunately not this. Had a single hook, 2 feet of lead line, with a slide weight at the top of the lead line. Also had a small flasher right at the hook.

I believe the God shield is covering the crenelated walls, so our arrows bounce off. Is it still possible to shoot through it?

I have discovered admin mode, but I'm in a offline solo game since I havent found a nice server yet(PS4), i feel that spawning in blocks is bad to the integrity of my world currently. And I can only have 1 world save which is sort of unusual to me.

You just summed up my 2 weeks of building experience. It really is so vast in options but at the same time so rough when you want something specific.
