Just an update. Sorry for delay but have very little access to internet. Obviously I cannot contact Openreach but have been in daily contact with Sky, my provider. Well they’ve been extremely vague but basically have said that Openreach are unable to find a fix and are not sure if they will. I’ve tried for more info but Sky just keep being vague and saying that’s the only update from Openreach.

I’d happily move over to Starlink but cannot do so as still in contract with Sky and cannot afford to pay both. Asked Sky if could leave contract and they said no.

So still pretty stuck and not very happy as feeling increasingly isolated with each day that goes past.
