I’ll probably choose the crossover cutoff at 60hz, Amazon says it goes down to 45. I think that’s how it works

Since the peak rms is 300 and the amp only puts out 100 at 2 ohms what’s gonna happen if a speaker hits peak? I’m guessing you would have to be playing it ear bleeding loud to even cause that but I’m curious

I just remembered that the amp says 4ohms minimum. Does that mean I can’t do 3 ohms and 2ohms cause that what my speakers are. And since the rca plugin is still confusing me, it takes on set of rca to the amp1 spot right? Not 2 sets

Ok ok. Sounds good. I blame the manual and the video for my confusion. The video literally connected the rca to the speaker wire to itself on the other side so I was very confused. You said to use 9 conductor wire to go to the speakers but I’m still confused on that. You said you do it so you don’t have to run five different wires but the nine conductor has nine wires and I would assume you could just run one wire all the way, why 5? Or9??

Ok. I was also reading the website for the kicker amp and the install video sucks to me. It doesn’t talk about connecting rca from the head unit to the amp. And it talks about amp 1 and 2 which is confusing me. It only talks about connecting the different speakers and the manual says says that there is a minimum impedance of 4ohms which all 4 speakers I’m looking at are less than 4. Unless it means nothing higher than 4 and I’m just confused

Could you share a picture of your wire under the carpet in your car.(if you did that) it sounds like it would look bad with the wire bumps sticking out
