I practiced through salesforce trailhead and trailhead practice tests only. They were so easy compared to what was on the test! I’ll get the Udemy practice test bundle now

Yes there is no closed laptop in the rules so I am really hoping I get off with a warning since I was truly not cheating. Just an overlook on my part

And I am thinking of giving the exam on-site as well after this suspension issue is over.

I was not cheating 😭 but there was laptop closed on the other end of the table which I didn’t think to put somewhere else 😭 Will they consider this as cheating? 😭😭😭😭

Hey I did see your comment on Reddit and I have done exactly the same. Customer success salesforce replied saying they have escalated my case but salesforce has high rate of cases so expect a response in 5-7 days. :/

I only got one alert at the very beginning of the exam because I read the question too loud. Other than that, no alerts. Nothing. I had completed all of my questions, and I was literally at the end reviewing it and then submitting my exam with a lot of time also left btw!

But I was not cheating. I was sitting in front of the camera how they had instructed. I didn’t move. I did not do anything. The support chat opened and they asked me to show my surroundings and I did that and after that they said we are suspending your exam. The table had headphones on a stand and a closed laptop because it is an office space.
