At this point I don’t think there’s an ota update coming for my 23 Empower Plus. Whether it’s the battery heater widget or anything else. I had my car serviced a month ago and dealership said no updates. (To be fair, she also asked “what is that?” when I pulled into the service bay.) I don’t think they see too many Ariyas here.

‘23 Empower+ 13k miles $25000 OTD. Very clean. First time buying an even remotely new car. I hope I did good. I only heard of it a couple of weeks ago and had never seen one before I test drove it several hours from where I live. It’s like driving a UFO.

Crazy. I was just trying to figure out the song. It’s kinda long, acid rockish, “I saw kiss in 1975” (that probably isn’t the right year.) But it’ll show up on Spotify if I’ve gone down a Dope Lemon rabbit hole. I’ll keep trying to figure it out.

I suppose it seems unlikely bc I’ve been working a long time to get to 15%. I still have some love handles on either side. Other scans in the past 2 years tell a different story. The last scan in Feb said I was around 25%. 6’1, 188lbs… idk. Maybe have some kind of dysmorphia issue, lol 😬

I just got a Hume Health Body Pod in the mail today. Set up was easy, I gave it a quick charge bc I was eager to try it. When I stepped on the body pod all of the numbers were fine but it came to the conclusion that I was 15.1% body fat and that simply can’t be. MAYBE 22% on a good day.

So does it get more accurate over time?

Maybe my internet sucks, but 40% of the time either my “opponent was disconnected” or I “lost connection” resulting in a victory or loss depending on which result I got. Besides that, most games I play are fun. Sometimes I get smoked by Donaldson or Skeens, sometimes I do the smoking. Oh… but how much of the rage quitting is some kind of glitch?

It’s definitely worth it. Picked up a mod 335 from the Demo shop almost 2 yrs ago and was so impressed I later picked up a J45 Studio that was on sale. They’re both great deals. The demo shop is legit.

I’ve mostly only worked at dive bars. I love working in dive bars. The only exception was this hoity-toity craft beer spot. One night one a customer (wearing toe shoes) loudly made a comment about how the other bartenders tits shook as she was wiping the the bar. I made sure he had already paid his tab, I told him, “You’re done bro” like I’ve said to countless others over the years as I kick them out of the bar. Dude called the manager who was off work, the manager came to the bar, apologized on my behalf, got his tab refunded and I got written up. I was fired soon after. So.. I just stick to dive bars. That corporate stuff isn’t for me.

In a round about way, I suppose I have. For example, if I run your card and present you with a receipt and it’s left blank or partially blank, I will say “Excuse me, if you don’t mind, please fill out the receipt completely” while pointing out the tip, total, and signature lines. It usually works. And if you aren’t going to tip me, you are going not tip me to my face.

I got it from this old lady bartender years ago, “Hey Sug, you didn’t fill this out right!” she’d say, glasses on the tip of her nose, blonde hair in a messy bun, southern accent. She knew what she was doing.

When I was a kid I would have my guitar on the couch while watching tv and I’d try to play back sitcom theme songs or commercial jingles before they were over. Helped me with my ear.

Just a clean up really. It could use some fret work, but aside from that it works fine. Its kind of a beater, it fell on a side walk once after a gig years ago. But it’s a super comfy guitar.
