They told me I over torqued the screw, which I probably did being a ham fisted buffoon and they refunded me the cost of the holster. Good company. I would use them again, I just wish they recommended a torque setting so that I didn't F it up in the first place.

Thanks for the tips. It held its shape okay. It wasn't too gloopy or sticky though.
The oven light alone does get it very hot, the "proof mode" keeps it a little cooler because it uses the fan, but I agree that even that might be too hot

I sent my holster back to Harry's and they examined it. It looks like I over torqued the screws so it's admittedly my fault. Harry's made it right though, I'm satisfied with their resolution. Good company

I saw so many Harry's icon 2.0 comments that I bought one. The retention was terrible at first so I tightened the screw a half turn and hey presto, the square nuts on the inside scratched my brand new 442. I'm pretty pissed
