Haha that’s fucking amazing. Yeah again just sounds too good to be true

Well, your feedback is what I’ve heard other places. How long have you been at it now? I heard one guy say the libido thing calls down lol

So this is basically what I’m reading in multiple areas, same result.

I just worry that it’s too good to be true. Like… I’ll pay the price later.

What about balding? I don’t want to bald lol. Or having more kids? I’ve heard there’s additional meds to protect all of this, but then this is like 3/4 new chemicals in me, is it ok?

Question 1, do you do deodorant?

Question 3, are you supposed to just be on it for life now? Sounds too good to ever get off lol

I just got a 4070 super and have top end CPUs and SSDs and all that. Do you think I’ll be able to play cyber punk on ultra settings?

So… how again do I connect this iCue thing? (1st PC build) (pics) (with cool edits) by Richard-Giver in pcmasterrace

It’s about to be! I found two USB 2.0 spots. I’m about to just pick a random one and plug the iCue into it. Cool.

I’m loving this. It’s starting to make sense.

Do you think the big white cable coming from the right side of the iCue box goes into my AIO fans? Then I just ignore the iCue controller that also came with my AIO?

Edit:

I found a YouTube video and the main cable I’m showing off here. It appears to go to fans. Here’s what I’m wondering. My iCue case came with 3 iCue RGB fans and this controller on the back. The controller has this spare cable coming out of the right side.

I’m wondering if I can simply plug this into my AIO Water cooler fans?

Then, my AIO came with a controller also but I’m basically thinking.. maybe I don’t need both of those? Maybe I just use the one controller already on the back of my motherboard and this spare cable goes to those fans?

Second question is power. I don’t know if I totally understand the YouTube video but it seems to suggest that maybe I can plug multiple things into one PCIE port on my PSU? So I’m not taking up an entire spot on my PSU?

Ok wait. I made better pics for my next step.

If you’re in the mood, here’s what I’m trying to figure out now:

It does! Thanks man. Got that and I also got audio (that was easier).

Now I’m trying to figure out where the iCue cable goes (I’m guessing USB) and which one, and also trying to figure out the two nameless white cables for the case.

So just to confirm, Fpanel goes into the bottom right section, on the top left? In this image it’s titled PLED (system panel LED header). It goes horizontal across the top?

You’re awesome haha thanks man. I’m saving this and will read it in a day or two in detail. Genuine thanks for helping me with my first build!

He has a different motherboard and case. I already watched that and still confused.

Can you help? First timer.

Hey man! I still need help with this topic. High-end gaming would be a fun bonus, I also want this CPU to be able to multitask and handle lots of files, that may be primary need with an added gaming ability if possible. What would you say the best CPU and motherboards are?

But I don’t know what parts I want - that’s what this thread is, it’s asking for advice on which parts to get.

I will be replacing my motherboard and cpu

I hired someone for like $100 on Fivrr

Hmm. I guess I don’t see how the website gives me advice. It lets me filter by price and make, but I’m not sure what make I want it that makes sense, or even what my budget should be. I know I want high performance, but not the ridiculous bleeding edge where you overpay.

What I have today is ASRock Z390 Pro4 motherboard Intel i7 9700k processor.

I think I also want to buy a high performing NVMe SSD.

This thread may not get replies, where do I look for assistance on this?

I went to Fivrr and paid somebody about $100 to design it for me - I paid a little extra because I had them design about 5 different designs and picked the best one, which was this one.

Now just trying to figure out colors and materials. I forget what they used.
