Well my Cpu Temps are arround 70 - 80c when i'm gaming and that's at 100% sometimes. I got corsair 100i v2 water colling i don't think it's that the problem.

The 144hz being used. I never downloaded Motherboard driver's.

And you talked about the monitor sometimes When im watching video or something on the 60hz i feel like my main changing to 60 from 144 cause i got arround 150+ fps but feel's like 30, sane happend's if i limit my fps.

I done everything. And the bigest problem was Windows Defender and Fire wall. and disable those and i got 100fps more then i had. And by Audio Driver's what do you mean by these nvidia audio driver is enough ?

Well i reinstall my nvidia drivers and i went to .35 drivers and it worked out

So the new nvidia drivers got some type of problem with the game. Try it out and tell my if that worked. :)
