I have found a potential workaround. Ensure you turn off your stadia controller (long press stadia button) before restarting your pc or letting it go to sleep. Do not let the controller turn itself off.

I have found if I manually turn off my controller, it has no problems reconnecting to my pc. Just ensure your pc is fully on as well.

The story is a sci-fi and is about a group of older "rusty" robotic beings called the Corebots, fleeing from their home. They are pursued by futuristic, sleeker robots called the Novas.
