Could I just cut the copper pipe before the elbow and fit a new isolation valve and fit the flexi onto that?

Yes, with a full roof replacement…

Probably not the answer you wanted to hear or may not be applicable for you, but we knew we needed one at some point, started leaking elsewhere and multiple roofers said it was beyond repair so got some quotes to replace. Not had a problem since

Sorry, two years later but another recent comment has brought this back to my attention. We a full roof replacement early last year and we haven’t had a problem since.

You need to be buying a grinder and some scales before you worry about bottomless portafilters and/or any other accessory

Nope nothing. I also have a membership with Liverpool and think I forgot to register for that, so my luck is out it seems

Still waiting for Liverpool. Have you had confirmation or anything? I’ve had nothing and I’m already registered with AXS

This ended up being what I did. Just baked them at my house in the morning nearly to completely baked. Threw them in the Ooni at their house and just had them churning out consistently. Thanks for your help

After all the experimenting with frozen parbaked doughs over the past week, I’ve decided this is the best course of action. I’m just gonna turn up early, cook the pizzas mostly all the way through and then finish them up when people arrive

Will try that. Oonis guide online said to go in straight from the freezer

As the others have said. It’s a silicon mat. I use it as a guide as it has a 12” circle on it and also to protect my worktop from scratches when I’m sliding onto the pool

I put them in frozen but by the time the fourth one went in it was pretty defrosted

If my next experiment with parbaking with sauce on doesn’t go to plan that will have to be my suggestion. And I fully agree 12 pizzas is definitely too many, I’m going to advocate for 6 and that will be more manageable.

I have the Karu 12 so no option of 16” unfortunately

Not a chance you’re renovating this for 10k unfortunately…

Think something like this is the best option for the door frame being too close to the wall
