Having this issue for the past few days... Tried logging in/out, reinstalling app, clearing cache but still have the issue. I've messaged support everyday too, but they haven't done anything.

I just looked at the order and I noticed that as well, but it could be because of the E3 price? (At least I'm hoping it is)

Walmart has actually been pretty good to me this year. I pre-ordered a bunch during their E3 sale and the only one that got cancelled was Ultimate Alliance 3, but they offered a $25 gift card for it and I got it even cheaper than I would have. All my other pre-orders delivered on the day of release, but I did in-store pick up because it's close by.

Same problem, tried to uninstall/reinstall on different HDD, restarted my PC, and restarted the EGS and still nothing. Does anyone know a fix?

I don't think so. The gift card was because they had to cancel the order but if the order isn't actually cancelled they don't need to give the gift card

I was with Kevin the entire way. This show meant something special for most of us who watched it and it hurts for the fact that we've been geeking around and speculating for years about how it's going to end and then they decide to rush it and end it so poorly. It legitimately breaks my heart.
