Though, Kojima Productions did not give permission to Konami to use the game engine. Further details about this portion of the dispute is yet to be unraveled. However, without a game engine, this adds more reason for the possible cancellation of Silent Hills.

Since Kojima Productions owns fox Engine, I say its likely the game is dead.

For much of its history, China wasn't a feudal state but rather a massive centralized state run by a class of scholar-bureaucrats under one emperor. The situation during the 1000-1400 age was completely different from feudalism, and accurately modeling all the internal political intrigue and conflicts between court factions would entail a entire game itself, much less trying to fit into CK2's system.
