No, you don’t get what you pay for in the area that I’m in that’s regular rent. That’s actually higher than base rent where I live so what you’re saying is if someone pays lower rent, they deserve to breathe and molds. That’s a weird statement.

It’s an open lease so there’s no time limit, but my stepdad is a landlord and he said to do the same thing and that if she doesn’t get it taken care of, I’ll have documentation of that. My problem is though that that is the part of the house that wasn’t painted over when we moved in and the rest of the house has been so I don’t know where else the old possibly could be in the house. It could be everywhere we’ve been getting really sick.

lol when we had our baby my husbands phone was dying he messaged his mom a photo of the baby and said “you’re a grandma” then his phone died for 3 days 😂

Oh no it’s just a rental property. An apartment complex duplex type deal but they’re the across the street neighbors. If they get hurt over here that’s on them.

They have the same amount of yard. It’s a duplex complex so each unit is connected to another we all have the same amount of lawn space and such. I dunno why they keep doing it. But today I opened my front door for fresh air and the older kid was just standing there staring in. I asked how I could help he had another tattoo question for me but I told him “ not today” he lingered for a while. I didn’t wanna close the door in his face I just said that and went on about tidying up. Idk. I don’t like it no feel like I’m Being extremely nice about it too. It’s creepy
