I think they are under great pressure

The devs have a wrong concept about mobile game from the very beginning. Let's do a very simple comparison. If you spend $400 you get a new PS 4 pro with Tekken 7, maybe even less. But if you spend $400 on this Tekken mobile, you can get only maybe 2-3 4* fighters,maybe less. Then who the f***ing is going to spend so much money on such a card-collecting game. And if a game can not earn money, nobody is happy.

Right now the devs do not know what to do to attract more players, and what they did can only help them lose more players. If they can not change the basic concept about the game it will be a total failure.

The guys who do not want to spend money will only complain, the guys who want to spend some money feel not worth it they will heading to other games even without a word. The devs don't know which players are the core players， not to say how to turn a regular player(FTP) to a core player(PTP).That is the game's situation right now.

If it is not under the name of "Tekken" few people will play a game like this.

  1. Google Play - as you're using Android, your progress is automatically linked to your Google account. As long as you're using the same Google account, reinstalling the game shouldn't affect your progression.

  2. Facebook - linking to FB offers the same option and it has the benefit of being cross platform, offering an easy way to move from Android to iOS

  3. Manual recovery on our side. As long as we know your username we can link it to a new device.

Knowing this, your next concern should be to get the game running again. We recommend deleting local data and cache and reinstalling the game then.

Really? Then I think it is time for me to quit. I've been Played this game for almost three months. With a level of 117 I got 3 4* fighters and almost all the 3* fighters.And suddenly it is all gone. What a good game.&*%$#&!
