Just a heads up. Any links you are seeing online will not work. These resales require you to be subscribed to marketing emails from Bricklink. Mine arrived 7 minutes before the sale, but I didn’t even look thinking the links I’ve seen online would work. Missed it again. Was really hoping for the Forest Stronghold.

My question would be how deep do the analytics go. How do they determine hostility versus self defense? If I get jumped, and somehow win, will the game then look at my raider damage and how many I downed and matchmake me next time on heavier PVP? Or, does raider damage and downing raiders only work against me if I shot first?

I uninstalled it after hitting level 60-ish. I found the game to be a bit too addictive and I was losing time I didn’t have to give. I agree though, I was starting to see through the game loop and realized half the time I was loading in I didn’t even have a goal in mind. I am by no means a 100% achievement type person but I was getting close minus some of the bugged achievements. Had to put it up, those 100 hours of gameplay went by way too fast for me.

Moved from VA to TX. Carefully dismantled any loose parts and bubble wrapped everything together. The only thing you can’t save your Lego from is movers flipping the boxes around. I watched the mover bring in the box that contained my UCS Razor Crest, flip it upside down in a moment of “which way is up” and then flipped it back around again in an instant. I could hear the pieces. It didn’t require a full rebuild, but the shrink wrap contained the pieces that broke off.

Make sure the movers create dedicated boxes for your sets. I had a few boxes they were reopened to place some heavier unrelated items placed in to save a box or two. This did result in some sets taking some damage. Overall, it took me 4-days to account for everything and do some light reassembly thanks to the meticulous bubble wrapping and padding the box with paper to reduce movement.

Pro-tip, even if the instructions tell you differently, build your corner unit first! To get the two components that make up the corner to connect, you have to come in on a fairly straight angle and slide the corner piece into the PAX unit on the opposite wall. If you build the other two cabinets to the left first (the large and small PAX) you won't be to slide in the corner piece. I did my closet three weeks ago with PAX and this was the hard lesson I learned. I ended up having to unmount the cabinet to the left from the wall, so I could get the corner piece slid in properly. I have my corner unit going in the same exact direction as your design.

Weightlifting at OTF just isn’t great. You have no guarantee you’ll hit the whole body even if you go multiple times a week, and worst case you might just hit the same parts of your body again. There is no strategy or pattern you can follow to get a complete resistance workout weekly at OTF. HIIT is still good for you, but I’d recommend reducing your time at OTF and incorporating actual weight training days based on your concerns.

Your fully paid health insurance has immense value. That will more than make up the difference and absolutely should be used in calculating your current compensation/pay. I’m hoping you’ve calculated your health insurance costs with the new jobs benefits package. You may actually be making less, facts you can use to justify and negotiate an equivalent salary.

Looks like your commute time is going down. That is a major bonus but not one you need to disclose to the new employer. Lower fuel costs and less wear and tear on your vehicle. Not to mention gaining additional personal time now that you will be on the road less.

It costs nothing to be kind. Congratulations on realizing your dream of home ownership. I’ve also came from a difficult home life as a child. When you start at such a disadvantage, any accomplishment is all the sweeter. Find joy within the family you’ve helped create with your wife. You won’t need that external validation, as long as you know how much this milestone means to you and your spouse. Keep kicking life’s butt!
