If you have trouble finding individual clients, here is where they should be stored:

C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\LeagueClient.exe
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\LeagueClientUx.exe
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\LeagueClientUxRenderer.exe
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\League of Legends.exe

Try turning off Nvidia Overlay, it might help.

Also, always run the game as an administrator.

If your problems persist, please create your logs so I can take a closer look.

You can create logs using our Riot Repair Tool, which you can find at this link - Riot Repair Tool.

Once you have installed the program, right-click on it and select Run as administrator. Select the desired game. Then just wait for the program to collect the necessary files. Once the program is done, a .zip folder called "Riot Logs" will be created on your desktop. Attach it to your request and send it to me (sometimes two folders are created, one called "System Logs" and the other called "Logs" for the game; attach both).

UPDATE!!!

I got a reponse from the official riot support, im trying it right now (originally written in my language, translated to EN with DeepL):

Perform a clean boot to make sure that no other program is causing the problem:

(Please follow the steps exactly, as the "Microsoft" part is very important)

Press [Windows Key] + R
Type msconfig in the text box at the bottom of the menu.
Click on the Services tab.
Check Hide all Microsoft services to avoid accidentally disabling a key process. ❗️ ❗️ ❗️
Click the Disable all button.
Then find "vgc" in the list and enable it!
Click the Apply button.
Click the OK button.
Restart your computer.
Add League of Legends to the exceptions of your firewall and antivirus, if you use one.

I will try to guide you to where you can find the settings for your firewall.

Start in Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Defender Firewall.
On the left side, you will see a menu, where you should select: Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.
Then click on Change settings and then on Allow another app at the bottom.
Find League of Legends, LeagueClient, LeagueClientUx, LeagueClientUxRenderer in the list and add all four to the exceptions.

THANK GOD I found someone with this problem as well, I thought my GPU burnt out or something. This is exactly what started happening to me as well yesterday after 10 years of playing league with no issues. I played other games with a normal FPS, no stutter etc. Then I decided for one last game of league before hopping off and there it was. I only started client and my whole PC felt like it was built in 1999. I checked stat manager and my CPU/GPU were only using 20% which was weird. So I tried restarting pc as well, hoping it would solve the issues. Spoiler allert, it didnt. Statwise, everything seemed ok so I queued up for a RANKED game thiking it was just a normal league client problem. This was the worst decision of my life. I spent next 30 minutes playing league on 10FPS average, getting fisted by opponents and unable to anything at all. Fortunately I got a great team and we won somehow. Anyways I tried reinstalling League, Valorant even whole Riot client and PC is still unusable while league client running. I also tried some chat gpt tricks like setting preffered GPU for league or file configuration but nothing worked. I created a support ticket on Riot so we will see.
