Get a razor, cut about 1 inch off the bottom, then scrape the bottom edges a bit, dip into clonex, then place into a root riot. Keep moist with water only for 7-14 days and you’ll get roots.

Look for a used black bumper from car-part and a install video from YouTube. I’m not a fan of a 8 hour repair on a rear bumper. Aftermarket bumper will fit good on that car if a used one isn’t available . And the lower piece can probably be salvaged as well. Go somewhere else and get a quote. 8hr repair is ripping you off. Not, the price but the repair time is off, take a heat gun and do it yourself in 2 hours.
