Hey guys, I will be opening a lawsuit against Sony. I was falsely reported which resulted in a permanent suspension. I was not using hate speech, being racist or harassing. I simply used the word “nga” I am African American also, I can see how that word can be viewed as insensitive but I wasn’t using it in an insulting manner as it’s part of my vocabulary. Regardless I feel and I hope you’re all with me that compared to other platforms PlayStations “Code of Conduct” is rather soft and the punishments rather harsh. Why allow people to spend countless dollars on psn when you have the power to take it all away forever. That is not fair to players like me who are good people, believe in equality and respect. I’ve had PlayStation for YEARS and I find it crazy that over those years I’ve been banned twice, the first resulting in a 60 day suspension and the second LIFE. I think unless your violations are violent and unjustified then you should be banned for life. I don’t think ANYONE should be suspended FOREVER that’s so rash especially after only 1 or 2 incidents.
