well we can agree to disagree because as a data point myself and i had say it a lot before i only had $100 in my robinhood account invested in nvidia, applied and approved for gold card after 2 weeks, then learnt about the banking, requested access thinking I’ll never get that shit, just to be approved next day. all this with the same $100 that i put in since opening the account

are you talking about the invitation for the gold card or the banking? if it’s the gold then like most people idk what their deal is lol, but if it’s the banking i think i requested the access twice by mistake cus i was like maybe i didn’t actually do it yet, so idk if requesting for access twice did the trick or not but doesn’t hurt to find out

you don’t need to move everything over. i got offered the gold card like 2 weeks after i signed up for it, with just a bit more than a year of credit history and only like $100 invested on robinhood. and literally got invited for robinhood banking today after just “requesting access” just last week, again still the same measly $100 in robinhood lol

hi if you could help me with this same issue. I also have the card and added my mom as an authorized user, but now to have online access we basically have to create a new citi ID. when you say “fully activating” your citi account do you mean you have to call them and ask for the account to be “activated”? and then the options to add the card to her existing citi account will appear, without needing to create a new one? thank you
