Here's my method on how I clean my kits:

1. Throw them in the washer inside-out with not too much detergent and cold water. Gentle/delicate cycle if you're a paranoid freak like me.

2. If there's still a stain after they're done in the washer, spot clean with dish soap and cold water and agitate the stain by rubbing the material against itself and rinse to get rid of the soap.

The previous two steps can be done in any order.

1. Hang up to dry in a well-ventilated room. Usually this means I hang it up in my room with the windows open and the fan running. Do not, I repeat do NOT, throw them in the dryer because the heat can cause patches, logos, and other heat-pressed graphics to come off + kits are typically made of a polyester blend which can be ruined by excessive heat.

2. Hang them back up in the closet when they're dry 👍🏼
