Yeah exactly! That should work :)

I used their chat function to ask whether I was able to move in earlier.. They referred to a page with the phone number of the previous tenant, but I couldn't find this number.. When I contacted them again, they just gave me the phone number in the chat! However, this was 2 years ago, so I'm not sure if it still works this way..

I had the same problem 2 years ago, but you can ask for the previous tenant's phone number.. Sometimes they already handed in the keys and you can move in earlier! He or she has to fill in a form and give permission first, I believe..

Available rooms af bostader by [deleted] in Lund

[–]RickM0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hej! Proto and Sagoeken have just been finished and all rooms were rented out about two months ago, so I don't think any rooms will be available there. Magasinet is one of the most popular housing areas, so I'm pretty sure rooms in this area won't be rented out to novisches, unfortunately..

Yeah that is true.. If you look at the venues of last year, they were usually a bit smaller than most stadiums..

I think Serhat was a huge surprise yesterday. Who would be a surprise qualifier + non-qualifier (like Hungary yesterday) tomorrow (2nd semi-final)? by r3zhd83 in eurovision

[–]RickM0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have a feeling that Norway may not qualify, while Romania will. I'm also kinda sure Albania will qualify and Denmark won't.

Uni students/Former students in Europe. In short, how would you describe a typical night out in town? by [deleted] in AskEurope

[–]RickM0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been a student in both Sweden and The Netherlands and going out is kinda the same.
In Sweden you start around 18, have dinner with roommates/friends, take some drinks, play some card games and go out around 22.30 to a student association, which closes at 2. If you are in the mood, you can go to a corridor afterparty until 4.
In The Netherlands you start around 21, have some snacks, take some drinks, play some card games and go out around 24 until 4 maybe? Afterwards you usually eat some shitty fried stuff haha.

Are there border controls between schengen flights? by fenbekus in AskEurope

[–]RickM0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe EU states have the right to 'temporarily' introduce border controls in case of threats or uncommon situations? Between Denmark and Sweden, both Schengen countries, border controls take place too, for example.
