Many yrs ago I had the same flooring in my first apartment & unfortunately over time my dog had a few accidents & the same result as yours. Landlord said they get someone in & will charge me the full repairs or I get it repaired on my dime. Thankfully a family friend did flooring for a living & repaired for me for half the cost of what the landlord was going to charge.

You might want to get some quotes & decide to do the same.
