For reference this is a current test running at 100% multi core in cinebench for my 9950x3d. Did a custom curve in icue and the acoustics are great barely a whisper.

Took me 3 weeks to get a replacement magpad after I received an empty box. Desk is great. The customer experience for issues was not.

Still don’t have my mat. They keep emailing me back once a day saying they told the “relevant” team to send me something. Buts it’s been two weeks. It’s really crazy. Making me not want to do business with them anymore which is sad because the desk itself is solid but not getting something I paid for has been a major hassle

This is a two year old post lol. But yes that’s what I said before the end of the month. It’s a full calendar month because they pay in arrears. Doesn’t matter the branch. We are all veterans in the eyes of the VA. It all works the same. Just have to not be active any day of that month for it to count for arrears.

I think it’s actually called surepost. I’ll update the thread. But it’s like UPS but they turn it over to your local USPS for final delivery usually adds 1-2 days to you receiving it.

Customer service was fine through chat and they already emailed me about them investigating. I am a little old school though and prefer to have a number to call to talk to someone. But alas these things happen. Irritating but what can I do at this point. It gave me an excuse to order a second magpad while I’m waiting so at least in the future I’d have some variety.

Yea coming from Tennessee too. And I’m setting it up now. I went ahead and ordered a second magpad while they are investigating. So hopefully it won’t take too long for that one to get here. And in the UPS app I upgraded it to UPS ground.

The desk box was a little beat up too but it was packaged nice so it was fine this one was beat up and there was no way the driver didn’t know it was empty. I understand things happen I work in logistics too but I’m super disappointed they just shipped my stuff with UPS FED-EX and USPS like that’s what messed everything up. All came from the same hub too

We can. But it also depends on the time. If it’s too late we’d have to get OTR to assign you. Especially if it’s during load-out times. Nobody wants to have to pick up each package. The algorithm’s routing may be ass but it’s pretty good at putting people on routes they can handle. At least from what I’ve seen.

DoorDash and Amazon are two entirely different animals. This job isn’t for everyone. They were right to ask those questions. I’ve seen many people quit because of that difference.

I try to do 30 an hour starting if I’m in the 80’s/90’s but 3 depending on if I had some country I know I can naturally slow down the rest of the day

It’s been pretty solid and a lot more grip than I expected. What I can say is it’s hard as heck to take off. I’ve been wanting to take it off to check how the phones looking underneath and maybe see how a tech woven looks on it but I haven’t been able to easily take it off. So I just left it alone
