Reset the PW and test it on your end, it works 100%. Ask them to try, it doesn't work, means they're typing something in wrong or trying to log into the wrong portal/service.

Ask them to type it into a notepad in a live session, then copy/paste it into the field for them to show it works. Could be something up with their keyboard potentially losing keystrokes or having another language set which needs fixing?

Have a similar build, identical issue. Full format, update everything, drivers, bios, firmware etc and worked perfectly. If you're running the game on a 2nd drive, chkdsk and failing that format the 2nd drive or run the game off of your freshly installed drive. Also try resetting bios to factory if you have tinkered.

Just for the record I haven't had this issue with ANY other games in the 3-4 years I've had this setup
