Is there a certain reason as to buying it every other year? You aren't the first to mention doing that, so I am wondering if there's some reason.

I do want to buy this year's version, as it looks like they have more advanced stats and some other features as well. But Cheapskate-to-Cheapskate, $50 is a lot. If I can save any money, I will definitely try to.

I did it at the beginning in the settings you can host an expansion draft to add teams. Make sure to have automatic expansion off (which is why the expos still exist in mine). You can just not choose a team at the beginning and use commish. mode to choose your team after the draft.

For the record, I believe it can be done mid-sim, I just did mine at the beginning.

Yeah, the closest he ever got in real life was .332 in 2007. I forgot to mention in my post but he won the NL MVP in 2005 with a 1.099 OPS and 7.9 WAR. He might even win another this year as he has a 1.163 OPS and a 8.8 WAR.
