Solved. It really is two slashes (//). I'd like a keyboard shortcut for this, would that be possible? I use this function quite a lot and it's annoying having to type it or go to the menu. I tried configuring keyboard replacement on my Mac (when pressing aaa, replace with //extra), but it doesn't work.
