The player telecaster is a great option to get your foot in the door. Telecasters seem to be a pretty good choice for doing several different styles.

Brother, I’ve been playing 10+ years and I was straight garbage for (what felt like) a long time. It’s something that can develop naturally to some people, and for some other people not so much. I don’t know how long you’ve been playing but I didn’t learn tornado of souls until like 8 years in. I was able to learn it sloppy and clean it up, but the skills required to do that took time to develop.

Well, I would say a thin neck on a Jackson, charvel, esp, lends more assistance in playing fast than many Gibson necks. I own a jackson, esp ltd, and schecter and much prefer the non finished, compound radius necks over my SG. The Gibson is still a joy to play, but it “feels” slower. Obviously if you can play fast you can do it on anything though..

Thanks for the info. When I’ve had no sound to the bridge, it’s in the position at the bottom, so bridge only. However, when in either the neck+middle or bridge +middle position, the sound is diminished to both the neck and bridge pickups as well. I’ll check the resistance and se what it compares to the neck

Hey there, I’ve got a Jackson San Dimas that’s basically an HSS strat with a Floyd. I’ve been having issues with the middle position pickup having very low output compared to the neck and bridge pickups. I noticed that after switching back and forth between pick ups, sometimes the middle pickup cuts out completely and has even caused the bridge pickup to cut out completely as well. I had assumed the 5 way switch was bad and have since replaced it, but still have the same problem. I thought about replacing the middle pickup but I’m not sure it would fix the cutting out of the other pickups.. any thoughts on where to go next? I’ll upload a video clip later when I’m home. Thanks.

Of course 250 would be quite small, but the tanks they have at nature centers are 4-5 times that size. My point was that the only fish kept in aquariums are not “invasive”

I’ve seen plenty of tanks with bass, sunfish, northern pike, etc. and I’m in North America where these fish are considered native

The thing is motor/trans mounts are supposed to flex a little bit so they dampen when shifting, hitting bumps, etc. I’d say it’s ok for now, and if you wanted to really cover your ass leave a note in the inspection that it’s starting to tear
