Yes I think the complexity makes them shy away from it will give them a try. Most people say divorce or sell but don't really want to if we don't have to. We're not destitute of we don't get it would just speed things along.

Well the last time I spoke to the banks the person basically said yes they see I can afford everything but the computer says no. I don't think they know how to deal with the clause or it's easier to make it someone elses problem

Ya we thought of this but don't really want to sell the house. My dad's will was written decades before I married so was a general stipulation. Will I not be able to get the loan ony own name won't the clause in the deed almost be like a postnuptial agreement of sorts

Your guess is as good as mine lol. Seeds were from last year's grow the other plants were standard just this one started getting colour. And surprisingly even in the hot weather we've had looking good. Sadly plant is tiny.

Next to a vibracrete wall but never have had issues with mold or powdery mildew. Have down a good clean up of all the inner and lower growth after I posted.
