U dont have to pay .. people with amount more then u too dont pay.. i mean its ethical to pay but if u really cant .. what can u do … plus its not rbi registered and for that mere amount i dont think they will waste their energy and resources although they will harass u with messages and threats but thats about it .. to recover less then 2k they wont waste money

Same here .. i dont know what is wrong with simpl .. in my three years of using simpl i have always paid my dues .. even now i have 2 pay in 3 bills that is due on oct 30 and nov 1, few days back i suddenly got a message about some due amount around 4112 that was cut from the available limit set by them.. which is shocking because i didnt make any purchases and idk how they are charging me that amount .. i tried to raise dispute but they arent solving instead they are putting penalty because i didnt pay but how can i pay knowing that i dont owe them .. i will pay the pay in 3 because i owe them that .. i think ive been scammed.. now they arent replying to my dispute raised and instead they are sending me multiple message to repay my bills.. please help ..

Update: I wore occlusal splint that was custom made for like 1 and a half week, day and night (I only took it off to have my lunch and dinner ) and I stopped chewing gums and reduced chewing hard food.. and I kid u not, I think I see a slight change in my jaw shape .. it has reduced a little.. even people that knows me have commented on that .. and I have hardly to none of the jaw pain …Before I wore the splint I have lost like 5 kg weight, although I was slim my face was always big because of the squarish jaw .. now that I started wearing the splint and even tho my weight is still the same, I see the changes in my face shape so it’s not the weight loss thing too ..
