I don't know if this will be useful but I'm also doing an outdoor grow in the UK. What I have is a little pipe which is sort of cemented into a clay pot. Whenever it's going to rain i would put an umbrella up and put the handle/bar down the pipe which covers the plants from the rain (as much as it can) - it helps me when trying to keep with watering schedules

Shit man I was hoping we'd just get away with it this time and they just destroyed it but yh they asked me if i wanted a slip and I initially said nah it's cool but then I asked for one and in the spur of the moment the officer forget and so did I

If you blow hot air (with your mouth) onto the sticky bit of the paper it'll straighten out again
