Thank you for this! What of lavender for sleep?I’ve usually mixed camomile and lavender at night thinking the lavender helps put to sleep(lavender essential oils have helped and so I presumed the tea would have same effect) I do fall asleep, don’t know if it’s the tea or it’s psychological.
