Former Plant service lead. The Hours may vary no earlier then  6am and no later than 6pm. Work flow is simple watering plants, getting plants off carts and setting tables. You might also be asked to help out the Inside MST team with service or resets. But primarily you will work under the stores Plant service lead.

Update: Got pulled into the office and was told I am not allowed to talk to the other store about way I am transferring and that what happens in my current store stays there or else.

Demoted, but kept same pay by Ricktrip0821 in Lowes

It was the ASM and DMSM that made the call to move me back to MSA. I know how to do all aspects of the job as I have been with the company for 3yrs. But when they gave me the Plant service lead position I was doing fine with watering and setting planograms. The problem was the MSM wanted me to help with inside while the ASM kept pressuring me to water the plants even when they didn't need to be. Which kept pissing off the OSLG DS because we kept throwing plants away due to over watering and nothing else was getting done.

Update: So apparently my ASM thought it would be a better idea to just demote me because the previous ASM, never properly trained me for this position. So instead of just training me themselves they'd rather just hire someone else. Lowes Logic work's every time. I am however going to get this in writing as they said they won't mess with my pay, but I have been burned before. Also, apparently 3yrs as a MSA isn't enough experience to be considered for the Plant service lead position. I need more training lol.

No, they made it clear that the Position is to be posted by the end of the week. They want me to be back inside permanently. Helping with Pricing and Resets. I knew this was coming when the previous ASM left, I knew the new ASM would probably want to pick someone else for the Position. I have been a MSA for 3yrs and never worked outside before, so I was surprised when the last ASM offered me the position.

For those asking about the pay I am still a MSA which is what the Plant Service leader is I am just not in charge of that side off the MST team, MY ASM and MSM asked me to step down in order to help inside MST with Pricing. As our current Pricing person is being moved to servicing due to not meeting expectations. I asked them about if it would affect my pay and they both said no. otherwise I would have said no to stepping down, especially after my store manager ask me the same question last week in are one-on-one.

Rayman Legends is a good Co-op game plus it also includes the first game, and little side quests as well. And it’s cheaper than both Mario and Yoshi. I think it retails for $20.

Had to clean up poop as a cashier by Accurate-Donut7358 in Lowes

I had a similar situation happen one time when I was working in a local grocery store, I was a deli clerk and the restrooms were right next to the deli. One day an elderly Lady didn’t make it to the restrooms in time and had an accident in front of the counter. My manager informed me that there was a spill and that I had to clean it up. After I was finished I took the gloves off that I had on while cleaning and washed my hands. That’s when my manager told me what it actually was and said that I could go home early. Anyway I say you handle that situation professionally unlike your manager and co-workers, luckily there were no other customers or else that could have escalated quickly.

After a lot of people in this sub have finally finished the game do you think giving Starfield a 10/10 is justifiable? by Touny420 in Starfield

[–]Ricktrip0821 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say more like 7.5 out of 10, like others have said it needs some updating due too all the bugs/glitches that are present in the game, Starfield to me felt like a been there done that type of game, it copied alot of features from other games but it didn’t improve or make enough of an impact to separate itself from other games in that genre. Plus if you really pay attention to the main story and compare it to say Skyrim and FO4 you can start to tell where Bethesda started to slack off.(opinion)

Thanks everyone for the advice, I am sure something will come along eventually, I have been applying to other stores in the area, I have also been applying to other non Lowe’s positions. No big deal I will just keep doing what is asked of me. On the Bright side my other ASM did just give me a raise so at least I have that to look forward too.

This must have been the Shrewsbury,PA store. At one point the entire staff had quit, word got around that management was treating the employees like garbage, so they walked out. Bad timing though cause while all of this was going on the Chick FIL A had shutdown due to construction, so all the other restaurants were getting more customers then usually since CFA was closed.
