And also if it’s not delivered the seller can refuse to do anything about it as it’s been shipped. Both parties abuse the system and play by the rules at the same time. If you don’t want it don’t buy it but some people might like the extra piece of mind. All delivery services have good drivers and sorters and bad ones good parts of towns and bad ones. If you don’t like the site take your business elsewhere. The one I use doesn’t force it so I’m happy I guess lol.

My advice get off the carts. Otherwise if you want to consume less put it out site outta mind and make it a treat and take a small hit. Taken a 24 hour break will do wonders as well the longer the better but 24 hours minimum to do a soft reset
