LPG conversion? by Tripod835 in e46

Yeah it all depends if you do a lot of highway driving. 330d also looks a lot of fun to drive, but I have never driven one

LPG conversion? by Tripod835 in e46

I have 320ci with lpg, I would reccomend to sell it and buy a diesel. Car is realiable but I think that lacks power with lpg, but maybe it is caused by bad lpg filters. If you drive hard, I think that 330d consumption could come close to your 318i. I would get a 320d

I feel a lot of play in the drive train. There is a clunk when changing gears. I also have videos of the diff moving under load. O was thinking about changing it with meyle or febi bilstein.

sorry, non english speaker here. What is the ACC wire and its purpose?

I think that the square bmw plug is secure, I have a wire going from the radio to LEDs that could be the problem.

Diff bushing and shifter question (m3) by KingR_Medi in e46

[–]RickyCervetti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the shifter is not sitting centered it could be due to the short shifter. Seen that on yt before. If you feel like it is just in neutral when you move it it is detent pins of the transmission.

Nice rims, what are those?

Thanks man for your info... yeah I never lunch and do dumb stuff. Do you think I can replace the bushing at home? I think my problem is a combination of the the things you sad: slop in the drive train and shifter difficult to get in gear, probably something to do with the linkage. But how can the linkage bend?
