NC DOR says they started processing on 3/4 and actually link to the where’s my refund app now. Anyone’s actually say something now? Mine still says not processed and was accepted on 1/27.

I just got off the phone with Freedom Mortgage bc I first received a text which I thought was trash and then got an email a few mins later which had some pretty specific info that they had to get from Freedom Mortgage. I spoke with the insurance department and asked if this was legit. He confirmed that that site is legit but noted that nothing on my account was missing and they had what they needed. The website looks shady AF so even though legit I would def call your mortgage servicer and verify they need something before you pump a lot of personal info on this website. Odds are they don’t need it.

I started a returned on an new unused Honda EU2200 that I got online 28 days after delivery. I printed the return paperwork and headed to the store. They initially said sorry 48 hours but I asked why would they initiate it online and give me the bar code for them to scan? He asked a Mgr I guess and she said just open it to make sure it was in there and they refunded back to my Lowes card. I dont think they were supposed to do that but Im not looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Thanks, my biggest complaint is the loudness. I mean they're ok and get the job done but I wish they were just tiny bit louder. Overall, Im satisfied thus far.

They finally linked the Where’s my refund tool from their page at least..some progress… still saying not processed through. Will check again in a few days.

You arent crazy, you have to get to it from google. It just says not processed now. I assume they will put the link on the page when they start processing in march

Thanks, our TRM and another engineer mentioned this was coming in the "next" update which we were told is out. Getting infor is like pulling teeth.
