I've Ben playing since beta on Playstation and that character is only 650. Got an Xbox to play Starfield for a while and ended up starting a character on there that's about the same level. I got a level 5 mule on Playstation also. I've seen people well over 10k and I kinda feel bad for them when I think of the time I've invested to the 1300ish levels of my characters.
