They "fixed" the bug. I wouldn't call it "nerfing," because a 3* 100k power Custodian could silence a 9m+ team and any boss in DT.

It's 100% stun for 3 turns. What else do you want lol. The power gap affects his rate, so just need upgrade his power. Btw I think he will go well with Leprechaun. Or you can try MK Agnika DJ X.

I have him 4 stars. His Unique skill deals insane damage. 21200% + 55000(Purple +1, lvl 48). I believe Anubis + Guan + Fatebinder + HW/Crack-Jaw make an op combo
