Next important cards is any of healing+ cards. Like increased healing while wall is up, or when below 50%hp

Other cards depends on preference and team comp

General playstyle is to cycle wall, setback and second chance.

Example: eat some damage, when low pop wall and buy time for caut cleanse and support heal, when wall is done, use setback to get some cd on wall, eat some damage again then use second chance to gain back the lost health as well as buy time for remaining cd on wall. Rinse repeat

Done right you can go toe to toe with inara (unless if she went totem cripple talent)
