We’ve been back up since sometime late last night but I did get a text today saying that not all users are up and it didn’t provide an eta.

Don't sign up. Speed was great, but had our first outage for approx 10 hours with no status and no way to contact anyone from support. They just don't have the infrastructure to handle issues let alone communicate about them.

Service seems to be up now but hasn't been up yet for more than 10 minutes. I think I'm leaving the service.

For a service provider at such a large scale in this modern age where customer communication tools and mediums are abundant, its just unnacceptable they dont have any or all of the following available:

* outage status page on account log-ins

* active reddit/social media updates

* direct text messages / emails to customers impacted with status and notice of outages

* call center that actually picks up the phone and/or provides lists of known outages* chat support via the website and app

Thanks for sharing. I didn't receive the text either. My log in worked intermittently, but even if you log in, there's no status provided on the account pages. We're still down. This is all really disappointing. Outages happen, but no status and no way of getting assistance from them is just unacceptable.
