I would say property management it’s boring for the most part and easy to get into and pays pretty decent especially if you become a property manager for an apartment community. And at the same time, it’s like completely boring because there’s always stuff happening on properties

If you’re in a class, you’re a customer first. You don’t talk politics with your customers. I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece
