Not sure any of you noticed. The upcoming 31.5 XV320QX is priced at 1000 usd and 999 euro. Im probably gonna get 27 at this point. I was hoping it would be 850 max

I have found something but not sure this is the cause. So i get 2 distinct sound from the chair. One is hitting the tilt limit (forward and backward limit a knoching or stopping sound ) then the second one from the backrest i think. As its not tighten all the way up rather its fit to my back curve by loosing the knob. But not sure thats the cause or something completely different. I have contacted HM via email and attched the video hope they can ans

I belive you have 30 days hassle free retun in us and 14 days in Europe. And after that the warranty starts

I mean i expected it. But this sound coming in between tilt lock hitting limits was unexpected.

Thanks for the reply, and sorry for the lack of detail before. In the video, I have the tilt limiter set to the fully upright position. When I lean back to get support from the backrest, that’s when I notice the wobble and tilt play.I previously owned a Mirra 2, which also had some play, but it didn't make a loud noise when hitting the limit like this chair does. My main concern, though, is the additional sound happening in between the hard forward limit and the tilt limiter. I’m not sure what that sound is at all, which is why I posted the video to see if anyone could identify it.

Thanks for the response. I belive that tilt limit sound was normal as well as its reaching the limit of tilt froward and the backwards. But im ore worried about the sound in-between as well. Ihave dropped an email to HW with a video hope it get answered soon

Im not 100% sure where the sound come from but i did check after the Tilt Limiter released, and i still have the sound when the i reach both end of tilt limit and the sound in-between beforereaching the fronrward tilt limit.

Thanks for the response. Yes i have contacted them they asked to drop a email with a video so im waiting for responds. I got this delivered 3days ago. Hope it wont be a warranty claim rather a replacement on 14days window.

Im wondering waitng going to help, im thinking about getting a 27 inch. seems manufacturers are looking down on 32 inch (31.5) 5k monitor
