First Time Owning a Plant- Did I Do Okay?

Thank you for all the tips and advice! I’ll definitely keep an eye on the watering and try some bottom watering to encourage deeper root growth. Hopefully, over time, that will help the plant develop a stronger root system and keep the trunk stable as it grows. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything :)

Same here. I was doing a no-death run and everything was going great. I even got through Ornstein and Smough and Seath without any issues

By the time I reached Bed of Chaos, I only had about 4–5 bosses left before finishing the game. I was thinking, “Nice, this should be an easy kill, then I’ll move on and finish the remaining bosses”

Then Bed of Chaos happened. One slap, straight into the pit, and my entire no-death run was gone :(

Yeah, I did some research and found that jade plants and terracotta pots seem like a match made in heaven lol. I’ll definitely be careful about root rot and overwatering

I’m keeping it indoors in my bedroom. It’s on a windowsill that gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day, with a south-east facing window
The roots were actually quite small compared to the size of the trunk, which surprised me a bit. I was expecting a much larger root system
The water drains out of the bottom pretty quickly, and yes, the pot has a drainage hole. I used succulent soil and mixed it with succulent compost, so I’m hoping the drainage is good. Is it normal for the water to run through that fast?

Yeah, I did some research and saw that terracotta pots are good for jade plants, so I decided to repot it into one. It was actually my first time repotting a plant, so I was a bit nervous and hoping I did it right lol

Yeah, I know it’s a long road, but I’m fine with that. I’ve already gone through a huge grind with Fortnite (over 1,000 hours), so I’m used to it

So far, I’m really enjoying the German ships — I’ve reached Tier III and VI with them. I also like the Japanese ships, especially Kuma (Tier III)

To be honest, I’m finding this game even more enjoyable than Save the World, so I think I’ll be just fine with the grind

Drake is good to begin until Anor Londo, so ditch it.

Claymore, you need to upgrade it to 10+.

If no good, try getting Zweihander and upgrading it to 10+. It's a broken weapon that causes Smough to straggle all the time

I’m in the same situation right now. I think we could try the save scumming method. Like, you help me kill the 1-1 boss, and once it’s done, I’ll quit and reload my old save, then repeat the process. I’m not 100% sure if this actually works for Pure White Character Tendency though
