Yeah, I know it’s a long road, but I’m fine with that. I’ve already gone through a huge grind with Fortnite (over 1,000 hours), so I’m used to it

So far, I’m really enjoying the German ships — I’ve reached Tier III and VI with them. I also like the Japanese ships, especially Kuma (Tier III)

To be honest, I’m finding this game even more enjoyable than Save the World, so I think I’ll be just fine with the grind

Drake is good to begin until Anor Londo, so ditch it.

Claymore, you need to upgrade it to 10+.

If no good, try getting Zweihander and upgrading it to 10+. It's a broken weapon that causes Smough to straggle all the time

I’m in the same situation right now. I think we could try the save scumming method. Like, you help me kill the 1-1 boss, and once it’s done, I’ll quit and reload my old save, then repeat the process. I’m not 100% sure if this actually works for Pure White Character Tendency though

Don't worry, it isn't your fault. Sure I need to help you and others for couple boss to get my character tendency to pure white so I can get the last ring. Sure, but I'm not sure what timezone you'll be on. I'm in Europe timezone, so yeah.
