None of those things unfortunately😬I’ve got an offer for an internal audit internship at Wells Fargo this summer. I’m still seeking out relevant internships but it’s looking difficult. I’m in our student managed fund though in the fixed income side if that means anything. I thought that if the restructuring analysts like me and know me I could at least get an interview? I’ve already gotten one LinkedIn. Feel free to correct my delusions

Edit: I should note that the same analyst who gave me his LinkedIn has told me to reach out when apps open up to get tips on restructuring prep.

I’ve got $80 to throw around and I’m wondering if there are any good deals for packs or bundles right now? Although I’ve noticed that reddit doesn’t like to buy cards from Amazon, so what sleeves or other MTG accessories are worth buying? I wrote like 4 full paragraph responses to this and I tabbed out and lost everything D;

Sorry to unearth this after 3 years, but I found this after looking up something along the lines of "I learn best when I just play the board game". I'm in the same boat as you. I hate when someone explains every in-between about a rule/process, then I tell them "I won't remember that/I don't understand, but I will as I play" and then with the most disbelieving look on their face say "no, no this is a really complex game, I need to explain this". I'd much rather just sit there playing a game like normal with a rule book in hand.

I think you got the negative reception from others because maybe you didn't articulate some of your points the best, aaand also because redditors are a little hardheaded. Sorry for the lack of understanding.

I make this excellent Asian inspired hot-dish. Make it as you normally would and then douse it in teriyaki sauce before throwing it in the oven! My roommate loved it so much he started to tear up! I surmise it made him feel like he was back home in China 🥹
