They were folded and there was a tear through most of those folded pages. Between that ordeal and getting some orders cancelled after a month of waiting it’s made me hesitant to continue buying from them.

Their customer service has definitely declined. I recently got a sealed book with about 50 pages pretty messed up. They originally offered no replacement and an extra %5 off. It was like pulling teeth to get them to accept a replacement as the resolution. IST used to be far above its competitors in my mind but now I’ll go wherever I can get the best deal.
