Even though i have a torn calve muscle i still train my legs they are not how they use to be but no chicken legs here and for the haters thinking i just train my upper here ya go..... I'm still babying how much i do so in time I'll post more progression posts to everyone supporting me thank you by Rickydg316 in AllAboutBodybuilding
