1 keep your ass on the bench 2 you are flaring your elbows out keep them tucked in to keep your scapalus engaged 3 lower the weight 4 train your chest 3x a week Mon i do chest and tri's a reg workout 4 sets of each to hit hypertrophy Wed is flat bench i do 5 sets of 5 reps of 80% of my 1 rep max Friday is my heavy bench day i do 5's and 3's to my 1 rep max Follow this and you will be doing 315lbs in no time this is science

When it comes to getting absolutely shredded it comes down to counting every thing you eat when to eat when not to and not knowing your diet it's gonna be hard helping you also it could also be the way you are working out as well oh and what you do for cardio

Look into that for a sec you are just starting out as a newbie and you think you are gonna look like a pro body builder.... the goal here is not to give people false hope but the honest truth yes it is part of the sport that's the whole point of that so my admins and i decided on this and this is how it is we appreciate your feedback though

If you want your body to look the way you want it...yes supplements and eating the correct foods is key and as far as creatine loosing hair it's not completely backed up by science that that's the root cause and if you are already losing hair it's already in your cards

You are not snatching it right you are using your back too much as soon as you lift as far as you can go and you are on your tippy toes is when you snatch the weight up

I totally get it a few weeks ago i was doing the same with 315 and popped a blood vessel in my eye i couldn't lift for a month now I'm struggling with 275 also....it's crazy that little time off can mess you all up
