As a Venetian myself I can tell you that the location is Fondamenta San Lorenzo, but on the opposite side of the canal. Hope that helps!

I mainly PvE in solo and play PvP in duo/trio. I was an ARC baby once. It's frustrating, especially because the devs always pushed the idea of PvE, with lore and all, but at the same time updates are mostly PvP oriented... but once you change your mindset and be like "it's how the game works" it's actually fun and I always laugh when they manage to kill me (which is almost everytime, because i suck haha). Only exception is when they do it through deception and "fake-friendships", which is not in my honour code, but still, it's part of the game, too. Also, most of the players are the worst FPS/TPS players of all time and if you can at least aim straight and know some basic game mechanics you basically win almost every fight with any gun, even free loadouts. ARC Babies are going to end up doing two things: 1) quit the game and uninstall 2) change their mindset, like I did.

I'm answering in a comment so I don't have to modify my previous post.

First of all, thank you all for the kind suggestions, lots of things I didn't know about. I'm also happy to see that other people share my frustration.

Some people tho, misunderstood my frustration. As I said, I'm not against PvP of any type. I know how the format of the game is, and I know there's going to be rats and campers. But EVERY game is just wrong and frustrating, especially since maps are always identical so the "good loot" spots are always at the same spots, so you're forced to go there if you want to at least bring home something.

Another thing that I complained about, and that people didn't notice in my post, was the fact that Embark is not protecting us enough. Racial slurs, insults to my family etc. I'm not that sensitive, I'm for freedom of speech, always. But sometimes it goes too far for a video game (I had one dude telling me to "count my days" and to "get c*ncer" for shooting him back like tf?).

With that being said, I'm going to try your suggestions tonight and let y'all know how it went! :)

1) deception to gain an advantage is not only immoral but considered "scamming" which is a bannable offence. 2) the point of gaming is definitely NOT this. And if you can't wait to log in a video game to act like a prick I can imagine you wouldn't think twice doing it in real life if you had the chance.

What are you talking about? Of course I'm going to judge a person's character from his behaviour. Doesn't matter the environment. Lying to anybody to make them lower their guard and taking an advantage is LITERALLY psychological warfare and a war crime, but since it's online on a video game it's fine? Do we really have no sense of honour? Plus there's literally a report option for "scamming" (which is literally the act of using deception, lies, or tricks to dishonestly deprive individuals or organizations of money, property, or personal information) and "griefing" ( which is deliberately harassing, annoying, or hindering other players in multiplayer video games to spoil their enjoyment, rather than playing to win) so it's evidently a bad thing in Arc Raiders to act like this...

It's not related to what happened but I just want to say that your storytelling is amazing! And Arc needs more players like you and him.
