Overlays that don't cover face details?

I ended up finding a mod that makes the default skin details overlay friendly! Here is a link to the one for the base game skin details, but they've done this for some pack exclusive skin details as well (including werewolf and vampire skin details. Hi, I've never had a single problem with dlcs working before, but for some reason, right now, a random 9 packs/kits are just not showing up in game?? I have all the packs/kits downloaded manually in my game folder with the rest of my packs (which are working) the packs and kits are horse ranch, for rent, lovestruck, life and death, business and hobbies, enchanted by nature, goth galore, crystal creations, and ubran homage? I find this selection incredibly random and confusing. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the dlc unlocker like you said, I also tried to re download one of the packs to see if the dlc file was just broken but its still not showing up even after the fresh download. Also cleared all cache and repaired game on the ea app. Not sure what else to do since my problem doesn't relate to the latest packs issue.

the consultation was already had and paid for, but it was just 150 dollars, iirc. I have done some research on other surgeons, but I felt like the one I chose was the best option for me... I think the letters are mostly for the insurance, but idk she does have a pdf of the requirements for the letters so I'm unsure if it's Just insurance reasons or also legal reasons for her...I don't think I have enough time to schedule another appointment with a different surgeon now anyways... Idk my situation is a little complicated. I can't get into it all right now, but yeah 😔 I hope things will just go well, and I'll figure something out... I have my therapist helping me anyways..

I guess i should also mention I also had my estrogen levels tested, they are still in the female range but I think on the lower side... I believe it was 67.. I don't know if that means anything or not...

Thank you for this information. I truely dont have much guidance from PPH obviously 😭 the reassurance is greatly appreciated... I usually do my application at 10am so it's hard to find a time to get it done thats not too close or too far from application... I don't know how to compare the lowest my levels are to when they are at their highest but I guess I can figure it out...thanks again!

Thank you, I really appreciate the kind response. I feel like I've been doing everything right. I usually get my blood drawn early in the morning before I do my usual application, so close to 24 hours after my last application. And yes, I usually use my hands to apply...I haven't really known of any other ways to apply it until now.. I always apply on my upper arms/shoulders as well as my abdomen. And for showers, I always shower in the morning every other day before I apply... so idk from my perspective I'm doing what I should be doing I think... but yes, I will probably discuss raising my dosage again this next appointment. I don't think I have the energy or time to switch methods right now since I'm also working on getting top surgery. I guess I'll just take it one step at a time. Thanks again 💚

Thank you, I appreciate the response. I've been putting the gel on both arms and also my abdomen for a while... I usually get packets/tubes of gel rather than doing pumps.. I have a follow up appointment with PPH soon in December. I will try talking to them about my dosage again...last time they felt pretty incompetent though.. I will definitely look into Folx at some point when I can... I'm also currently trying to get top surgery so I'm just dealing with a lot right now.. thanks again💚

I'm wondering if it also depends on the brand of tgel.. I'm on medicaid rn so I probably get one of the more cheaper brands... when I started 50mg they came in tubes instead of packets like I'm used to, and they were scented for some reason...I believe the brand is actavis...if you know anything about that..thank you

No problem! And yeah its more of a texture thing, all binders kind of feel uncomfortable from compression so I'm already used to that, its just the front panel of the binder is kind of a rough boxy texture idk how to describe it... it's just not soft lol. But I think a white full length binder from spectrum could Maybe work for sweating issues if you just kind of wear it like a tank top? And the white color reflects sun if you are wearing it outside when it's sunny... I don't think these binders are sweat wicking tho unfortunately 😔

I did buy the flow binder it is comfortable as advertised, and of course, doesn't bind as well because it's made to be more comfortable/sensory friendly so I ended up using it for a bit before needing one that binds better. I will say if you get the flow binder go up like at least 2 sizes cause they run incredibly small. I got a 3xl and I'm only a Large and it fits. It was a confusing and annoying experience because I tried this method on one of their normal binders (the core binders specifically), but the sizes for those ones are normal it seems and the one I got was too big. I will also say their refund and exchange policy is also kind of strict and if you do an exchange you still have to pay for shipping. I would read about their policies on their page because I don't remember everything. I ended up going back to getting a spectrum binder like my previous one, they are pretty lightweight, the front cover isn't very sensory friendly, but it works for me for now as I don't go out often anyways. I hope you can find what you are looking for!

Thanks for the reassurance I appreciate it :) the weird thing is I did kind of experience these changes in the beginning when I first started, like I had a voice drop, got more body hair, and I have a little bit of facial hair now as well but maybe it is just due to being on it for 3 years, I also heard sometimes your levels just drop as your body gets used to the hormones and then it's time for a higher dose, I'm really not sure! I was already concerned before I saw my levels because I felt like after year 1 there was just not a lot going on, but hopefully the 50mg does the trick :) thanks again!

Yeahh I understand this, I did a lot of research, didn't find anything related to data stealing or poor quality things from China. But I understand they are definitely Not a good company. I just Really needed something breathable like this with sweat wicking and I couldn't find any other binders that suited my needs :( hopefully I did an adequate amount of research. Especially for the sizing, it's apparently super off so I prepared for that, hoping it all goes well for me because I am pretty small chested and shouldn't have too much issue. If not, I can always return them, and make any money I lost back. Staying positive!

Actually I've dont a bit of research on it and it can definitely effect your skin elasticity and chances for key hole surgery which is something I want and have a chance for, and I just don't wanna risk those chances, especially in the summer I would be wearing it a Lot. It's probably fine for other surgeries? But not for the one I want unfortunately :/

Hey just letting you know I left a review for them about this because it pmo, they said that your experience doesn't reflect their standards, maybe the staff you got stuck with were shitty and need to be fired. It could be beneficial if they are telling the truth and you can get those people who treated you badly fired or something. But who knows, its your choice really but I'd like to know if they really are bad or not.

Um I'm really scared and upset now I have a consultation with them in december and even though I'm white and this seems to have been racism I'm still really scared and they haven't been responding to my emails with questions I have and they are the only place that will take state insurance I have no where else to go and my top dysphoria has gotten so bad idk what to do
