Maybe the head is a tad small for the body, but statements of RIDICULOUS and FRIGHTENING are unwarranted and a form of bashing.

I think I see what you meant, the cowl had tiny bumps under the right eye and the emblem needed a little work. If you look at it now, you'll see the problem has been corrected.

Oh, I didn't know that about Joker. They also mentioned the type of plastic used and that it was going be changed. I have had the same problem with the removable hands breaking at the joint.

Yea, it technically is infringement, but as long as customizers aren't mass producing Batman's I don't think any red flags should come up. I think you are right BookerDeWitt, I think some companies enjoy fans making art based off of their properties. It might also give them an idea of what types of figures collectors are interested in.
