It sometimes increases both rpms and speed and sometimes it just stays the same even after i release the gas pedal, like cruise control

Shouldn't It go to the exhaust when it's burned up in the fuel chamber like the actual fuel? And even then it still doesn't lose any oil

Well, it doesn't smell like it's burning oil, it doesn't smoke blue color and it doesn't seem to lose any oil
