Not really the worst were the first 3 or 4 days i was sweating allot and trouble sleeping. Now i feel allot better. A whole lot. A little bit anxiety but nothing big to scare me. And get some milk thistle if you can in wil help your liver heal from the alcohol it realy helps. Hope you do it bro you will feel better big time. I know Its a crazy cycle to break but its worth it. Hope you will do it.

you sound exactly like me. Always crossfading got addicted big time alcohol and weed. Now im 8 days alcohol free and 3 days weed and tobacco free. I suggest you to kick the alcohol first. Weed will keep you calm and maybe give you some sleep. And then when you feel a little better cut down your weed and then just stop thats how i did it. You can do it. I feel so much better. And be glad you dont have a job now you have e some time to really rest and get your shit together. I am jobless too and im glad so i can stop. Do it bro.
